This post sets up my demo, in which I attempt to put a hive up in Feedwater which was heavily secured, while under sensories gown. The marines had Sieges, Turrets and heavy marine tracffic going through the area. The one vital thing they forgot to replace was their Observatory which I took down when nobody was there. I was a Onos at the time but died some time later.

Ahem, I was playing on the map NS_Bast today. I was Aliens. We had 2 Hives (Engine & Refinery) and we were going great. Marines were going good as well. The main places they had secured were Atmospheric Processing (Double Res) and Feedwater. I guess they had more or equal nodes to us, but it didn't seem like they had until their whole team got HA later in the match.

I spawned at Engine about half way through the game and proceeded to leave. I was heading in the direction of Feedwater. I was just outside Engine under the shadows of a sensory chamber that I found two marines building a Phase Gate outside Engine, I told the team over Voice comms and they proceeded deny them of any further existence, albeit slowly, a little too slowly I might add. It seems that the Marines had a foothold on our soil. HA's with any weapon you could name were piling through the Phase Gate. Despite our atempts, they sieged and destroyed the Engine Hive. We had about 4 Oni Devouring and killing them but we could not stop them.
Afterwards, they were hammering Refinery and we couldn't stop them. Again. So in a desperate hope I went outside Feedwater as a Gorge and built a Sensory chamber (we had 2 or 3 chambers with one hive). You'll have to watch the demo to see the rest.

Unfortunatly I'll have to wait until my brother wakes up first. Got my HL installed on the computer in that room.
