The minimap shows every enemy around you, whether or not YOU can see them. This means that a skulk hiding in a crack in the ceiling might as well be on the floor in front of you.
How to fix: Simply only show enemies that are in range of the observatory, are attacking and have caused damage, or have been pinged.
[Issue 2]
Cloaking is fun, until the marines realize that while YOU aren't visible, your name shows up in BRIGHT RED LETTERS in the corner. Thus runing the whole idea behind cloaking. Just pan your gun around the room and you can see every cloaked enemy without actually SEEING them.
How to fix: Either remove names for cloaked people... or don't show names of enemies AT ALL.

Yes this has already been brought up in about 4 threads. Someone already said they fixed it so lay off.
As for issue 2.. I mean come on, thats so hard to do you mind as well just shoot where you think they are instead of staring at where you think they are.
However issue 1 is more of an issue of <i>teammates</i> 'seeing' the enemy. Now, as we all know, pointing in the direction of them type of 'seeing' and noticing the skulk ready to kill you 'seeing' are two different things. If your chum scans the room but misses the skulk in the dark corner, you'll see it on your map and own it pistol-style

I've only heard one post from a developer and he said it was okay by him. Which is a load of absolute onos crap.
It's not a matter of being nearby but of having an unobstructed line of sight. A skulk can be very close to a marine but if he's behind something solid he won't be seen on the map. However, if a line from the marine to the skulk isn't blocked, then the skulk will show up on the map. Even if the marine isn't looking at the skulk.
