<div class="IPBDescription">Computer probs.</div> I got a new comp:

2.8ghz
Pentium 4
512mb ddr
geforce fx 5200



When i go to play BF1942, it goes all black and crashs.
Tab key doesnt work.
I cant press more than 1 key at the same time.
When i scroll down on websites its all slow and laggy.
The Geforce drivers seem to not have done anything.

The scrolling down on websites bit might not be a graphics card issue. Check your internet settings, if "smooth scrolling" is enabled disable it. If it's not enabled, then it's a graphics card issue.

Resizing and such was a graphics driver prob on my computer, but the BF1942 thing is probably a refresh rate problem:

Well... that sounds like typical BF1942 behaviour, but it could be your drivers.

Sort of fixed the graphics situation.

Every time i want to play a game, i have to uninstall it, then use the hardware wizard. Then in game it just crashes after a while saying something about building up memory.


Also, when i start computer up, its as if the tab key was stuck down. It keeps changing icons until i press it.

Fixed it, it was partially the keyboards fault.. Getting a new one sent. <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->


My new comp is cool.
