[soundrel] Custom Weapon Sound Pack

Just a sound pack I made because I really didnt like the default NS sounds, replaces
most all of the weapon sounds including rics and explosions.

Notes - you have to use the hmg_draw and hmg-deploy for the hmg draw sounds
to sound right

Credit - I cant take credit for all of it; the explosions and rics are from a Band of Brothers Pack
somone made for DoD, the hmg fire sound is from another pack someone made for DoD
and some of the files I just used the default NS sounds and edited them and spliced stuff in.

Might wanna only serve the sounds that are actually changed so you don't run up an extra high bandwidth bill.

Thats all of them every sound in that zip is custom
