It isn't 'Redempted'...
All these people talking about 'redempting onos' and 'that onos devoured me and then redempted.'

The word is 'redeemed.' I don't think I've seen anyone actually use that word.

Sorry, that is all.

Yah in game grammar has always been for shite, but I actually say redeem.

Some common mistakes, the past tense of sneak isn't snuck, it's sneaked. The past tense of hang isn't hung, it's hanged. The verb form of conversation isn't conversate, it's converse.

    That's all for now.

Btw Rhu love the sig : )

The past tense of 'hang' is 'hanged' only if you are referring to the execution technique.

If you are speaking about a picture on the wall or laundry out to dry, then 'hung' is correct for the past tense of a verb.

edit: Ack! When did I become a grammar nazi?

Here's an idea: we sto pall this petty squabling, and depose the english grammer system in favor of one that makes sense, like japanese, or leet.

Hanged, hung Hanged is the past-tense and past-participle form of the verb hang meaning "to execute." The convict was hanged. Hung is the past-tense and past-participle form of the verb hang meaning "to fasten or suspend." The stockings were hung by the chimney with care.

    ---

I've always thought that "redemped" is a pretty acceptable abbreviation/shortening/whatever of it though, and that's the one I hear most in-game.

Well, this has certainly taken a drastic turn towards idiocy, eh?
