Richard Branson

Commerce speech due tomorrow
Frankly, I need help. And within the next 10 minutes =/
Here's my speech so far on Richard Branson, I know it's poor, i just need to beef it up, and end it well. Any suggestions?
Richard Branson is the owner of Virgin. He is estimated to be worth $3 billion, and is the head of over 250 enterprises that hold the Virgin name. He has been a millionare for 30 years, and became one not by being a financial guru, but by hard work, careful money management, his own ambition and character, and by getting a few [inevitable, it seems] key breaks. He isn't the conventional businessman, all work and no play - He has posed naked for his autobiography, and dressed as a bride, a pirate, and a Zulu warrior, all for business purposes.
Branson started in the business industry in 1968 at the age of 17, when he and his friend Johnny Gems started a student newspaper called 'Student'. It expanded and evolved into a discount music business, which they called 'The Virgin Music Group', which issued records, CDs, and cassettes, and sold these [and other goods] in Virgin stores around the world. Branson's big break came five years later when he signed Mike Oldfield to his label. Later came big names like the Rolling Stones, and the Sex Pistols. Now, $3 billion, 30 years and 250+ enterprises later, Richard Branson is one of the richest men in the United Kingdom, and a well known and respected businessman worldwide.
Bransom did not make his mark on the business world by being a financial guru - He is dyslexic, was terrible at school, and is reputed to not know the difference between net and gross profit.
Sorry for the crappy post, but I just need help
It should focus on the business side of it, and go for 2, 3 minutes...
Thanks... =/
edit: I realise the end is very very very very poor. That's essentially what I'm focusing on... Right now it's at 1 minute, 45 seconds to say the entire speech, and if i just get a better, longer ending it should be fine [but some beefing up of the main part couldnt hurt ]. Thanks.

Richard Branson is the owner of Virgin. He is estimated to be worth $6 billion, and is the head of over 250 enterprises that hold the Virgin name. He has been a millionare for 30 years, and became one not by being a financial guru, but by hard work, careful money management, his own ambition and character, his ability to connect with people, and by getting a few [inevitable, it seems] key breaks. He isn't the conventional businessman, all work and no play - He has posed naked for his autobiography, and dressed as a bride, a pirate, and a Zulu warrior, all for business purposes. He is also dyslexic, was [understandably] terrible at school, and is reputed to not know the difference between net and gross profit.
Branson started in the business industry in 1968 at the age of 17, when he and his friend Johnny Gems started a student newspaper called 'Student'. It expanded and evolved into a discount music business, which they called 'Virgin', which issued records, CDs, and cassettes, and sold these [and other goods] in Virgin stores around the world. Branson's big break came five years later when he signed Mike Oldfield to his label. Later came big names like the Rolling Stones, and the Sex Pistols. He sold 'Virgin Records' in 1991 for close to $2 billion. Since he started his first business, $6 billion, 30 years and 250+ enterprises later, Richard Branson is one of the richest men in the world, and a well known and respected business man worldwide.
He has also recently founded a Cola company. The Cola company is known as Virgin Cola, and is available in Europe and the Unites States. It is in competition with the Pepsi and Coca-Cola Company, and in Britain Virgin Cola is already more succesful than Pepsi. Branson quotes, "I want Virgin Cola to be as well known around the world as Coca-Cola." Virgin Cola continues to expand and become a very successful beverage company.
Virgin Airlines is one of Richard Branson's main companies, and is what he is most famous for. Virgin Airlines was formed in 1984, and is the second largest British International airline, and includes Boeing 747 and Airbus A340 airplanes. The planes travel to New York, Miami, Boston, Los Angeles, Orlando, San Francisco, Hong Kong, Athens, Johannesburg and Tokyo.
Richard Branson is a very inspirational person. He has set challenging goals and achieved every one of them. He is a true entrepreneur and a role model to not only business executives, but also children around the world. Success is the first word that comes to mind when Richard Branson's name is mentioned.

Hmmm....seems to me that CD's weren't really around in 1968

QUOTE

...and by getting a few [inevitable, it seems] key breaks...

And this doesn't really make sense-the passage loses flow here because this is an unneeded addition
