Why Is Walking Slower Than Crouching Walking

<div class="IPBDescription">Hm?</div> The new walk is extremely slow... I thought it would be the same speed as 1.04 but with no noise but now it's EXTRMELY SLOW. I mean crouching and going is a lot faster and you don't make any noise.

Any reason why this was implemented?
