<div class="IPBDescription">Reassign where your screenshots go?</div> I just wanted to know about the above. That way I could sort my screenshots a LOT easier. Anyone know if its possible? And if so, how?
Just make a text file, and write in it the following things:
cd (your HL directory where the screenshots are kept) copy (HL directory)\ns_*.* (directory you want them copied to)
Then rename it to a .bat. Run it whenever you want your screenshots moved. Be aware though, that HL will reset the count, so you will need to rename your screenshots after you move them or else they'll get overwritten.
Now we just need a quick bmp to jpg converter <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
<a href='http://www.tucows.com/preview/194967.html' target='_blank'>Irfanview</a>. I use it and it easily & quickly converts any graphic format to another. It <b>actually</b> converts them, not just renames them. So those 1+MB jpeg files people put up... you can reconvert them to jpeg and reduce their size with no noticeable loss of quality.
And Legionnaired wouldn't that just copy your screenshots to another directory instead of move them? I realise it saves you doing it manually, but it seems kinda fussy.
