Location Named During Chat

I like how whenever you teamspeak it will show their location, so they don't yell 'HELP! GET HERE!' then whine at you for them not specifiying where to go...however, in ns_eclipse, someone on my team talked in public speak and it showed his location...I thought...surely not...then someone on the other team said something and I saw his location. Now...I don't think this is right. Anyone else noticed this on other maps? Or maybe I should post this to bug forum..

    Had it too.
    Its a rare but regular bug that has nothing to do with special locadions/maps.
    its most times no big secret were you are.

    I`ll research and screenshot this bug.

    And sometimes when you are standing in a location like computer lab or something, it doesn't show the location in your chat.
