Ns Server Problems....

I wanted to play a round ns @ a little home lan-party. But every time any of the others tried to connect to my server, their game crashed.... The same problem if another one was trying to be the server! Another question is if there is a possibility to see the server's ip?? if I type "ip" in the console, I get "ip is localhost"! This doesn't help me when I want to set up an internet server! plz help! thx!

to get the servers ip open a dos prompt (assuming windows) and type ipconfig or winipcfg - depends on your windows version.

When I type ipconfig in the dos window, I get my IP, thats what i already know, because that is my normal lan-ip! But over this ip nobody from the internet can connect to my server!

Nobody knows about the crash problem when someone tries to join my server?

Looks to me like you are talking about two different things - you are hosting for a LAN party ?
Fine then use ipconfig as already explained and give that ip address to those on your LAN.
If you are hosting via the internet then this is different - you need to know the external ip of your router or cable modem - you also need to setup port forwarding so that traffic intended for the server port (i.e. 27015) gets forwarded onto your server. All of this assumes that you are using Network Address Translation to access the internet.

If you clear up whether you are using a cable modem / router to access the internet and also whether you are using NAT or not then I'm sure people can help you get up and running. Basically you need to know the external ip of your modem (you should have received this info when you signed up to your isp).

When you start a "LAN" server, it sets "sv_lan 1". This allows _only_ connections from local computers (same /24 aka Class C). If you want players from the internet to be able to join, start an "internet game", and make sure "sv_lan 1" is not in your listenserver.cfg (if also playing NS on that computer), or server.cfg if the computer is only hosting the game.
