Ns V2.0 And Cpu Usage?

Hello,
I am going to be running a school CS/HL/NS/TFC server this coming fall and I was wondering what people are saying about the new version and CPU usage. I know that people were griping quite a bit about servers, NS, and CPU usage before in 1.x, and apparently NS is the worst mod in terms of CPU usage on servers.
I will be running the following programs under Redhat 9:
:DChub 0.4.5 - the reason why I won't be running 2+ HL servers at one time because of all of the SSL connections required for users. I remember that my old DChub server choked under 0.4.0 with only ~250 users, but then again it was a 233 MHz P1 MMX with 64 Mb PC66 SDRAM running Slack 8.1. I do not know how many users are going to be logged on this year because I'm going to add some file filtering with a bot, but I assume it'll be the same. Maybe I'll add another instance, but only for ~75 users, so I'm looking at about ~325 users tops.
:SSHD - Don't leave home without it <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
:Apache Webserver with PHP, CGI, and low traffic SSL connections.
:Possibly FTP for HL maps, but I'm not sure about that since Apache is just as viable to use...
:WASTE server on certain times (w00t for deadBeef's work!).
And my NS server will be running these plugins for sure:
:Gorgelift - For those hard to reach places! ("Help me! Can't reach the catwalk and redroom!") <!--emo&::gorge::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/pudgy.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='pudgy.gif'><!--endemo-->
:Unstuck - Stuck between a turrent and a hard place? <!--emo&::siege::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/siege.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='siege.gif'><!--endemo--> <!--emo&:0--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wow.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wow.gif'><!--endemo--> <!--emo&::onos::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tiny.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tiny.gif'><!--endemo-->
Pings and bandwidth will not be an issue as shown below in my specifications list, but CPU use may be... and by the way.... did you guys limit the placeable items in the game like turrets, mines, and chambers? This seemed to crash the server the most and I think that there would be a few users screwing around from time to time trying to make the server crash for fun. This could cause certain chaos with my server and people would start to gripe... oh joy!
Thanks for the feedback guys!
Garrett
----Spec. list----
Celeron 1.2 GHz
640 Mb PC 133 SD Ram
100 MBit connection
Redhat 9 in terminal view only
P.S. Sorry, but the server will only be for users on our campus since our school policy is pro-LAN in terms of bandwidth costs and so forth (which I can understand since they saved about $1.5 million in bandwidth costs by blocking/limiting KaZaA users for down-/uploading).

Anyone?
well my server provider setup a server on a 2.4 gig with 1 gig mem
the cpu usuage was no better than 1.0
1.0 = 95% cpu usage
2.0 = 75 - 85% cpu usage
:/
