Can't Play Ns 2.0 With 2 Comps From The Same Ip

I can't play NS 2.0 with my brother; it tells me my cd-key is in use even though we have different ones. When we both play on different servers there is no problem and everything also worked fine with NS < 2.0 and CS. P.S. Wait, I tell a lie. With NS < 2.0 it would occasionaly crash after just loading a new map (when we were both on the same server), but it worked basically allright.
