<div class="IPBDescription">thanks to Fraps</div>I'm quite amazed at the things <a href='http://www.fraps.com' target='_blank'>Fraps</a> can do, as pointed out in <a href='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/index.php?act=ST&f=10&t=39994' target='_blank'>this thread</a>, so I decided it'd be fun to make some videos of stuff.

So here's 2 that I made:

    640 res sucks? Maybe you haven't noticed, but if you want any quality at all normally, you're going to have pretty crappy resolutions, or else the file size multiplies like viruii in a, uh, virus multiplication center.

    As far as I can tell Fraps doesn't compress the audio. Thats a nono. Thats a BIG nono.

    It also doesn't compress the video.... so what are you complaining about.


    Learn how to use VirtualDub and you'll be fine.

    If Fraps bothered to compress anything then it'd lag too much to take good videos, like all the other crappy apps that don't work do.
