Vac Is In Not 2.0?

Is the title true?
And if not how do you enable VAC?

add secure "1" into your server.cfg.

It should download the module, but they have not even released the game, so I think we should wait a while for them to connect with servers.

secure 1 doesn't work in server.cfg but in listlib.gam

Do u get it to work? so the VAC is enebled how do i see that?
ive put secure 1 in listlib.gam but i cant see any vac in the dedicated console thats it enabled.

EDIT: what is uplink 1? ive set it to 0 becuase some times it didnt change map becuase the server didnt get response from www.natural-selection.org

Not sure about VAC, but uplink is so you can see the icons on the scoreboard.

Nope, VAC didn't quite make the 2.0 release. We didn't have enough time to test it properly. It will be released shortly in patch though.

Not to mention the poor suckers who would get auto-5 year banned for using a Half-Life IRC client. I mean, why didn't they go with a permanent ban for cheaters anyways? I highly doubt this version of half-life will exist for 5 more years. Never liked that VAC, seemed like a half-assed effort to me. Of course, Cheating Death had its problems, but I'm waiting to see what they do with 2.0.
