<div class="IPBDescription">in 2.0?</div> I was watching the trailer and noticed a few shots of ns_11th_hr in there. Is this map going to be included in 2.0? It wasn't mentioned in the new map names section, but it wasn't in 1.0x. I'm kinda curious about this. I remember playing the map on team fun a while back and it had such big halls that the marines could win no problem. (and there was a 2 hive siege spot and big smoke)

    This map isnt in 2.0. Think you mistook it for another map. New Maps: mineshaft, veil, origin, lost.

    ns11thhr is twice in the trailer.
    its not in 2.0 unles you play it as custom.

    ns11thhr was the 2nd released serious custom map. so thez might have playtested it for 2.0 a lot.

    No the trailer definately shows sections of 11th Hr at the start, unless sections of 11th hour have been included in the other maps? I don't know who the author was but it was a good map.

    Well sir I mean there was the big screen that said "11:00" on it which would seem to be a shot from ns_11th_hr. I thought that perhaps 11th hour had been reworked and renamed and now it was veil or something, since I've seen neither of those maps.

    Ya I remember something in the beta forum mention ns_11th_hour. I'm just not sure why it was put in the trailer =\

    because it has 2 nice locations while the whole map is just imballanced.

    But it makes no sense to have things in the trailer that arent in 2.0. That's like putting the old GL model in the game, but then saying it's not in 2.0, and only in the trailer. The whole point of the trailer is to basically show off the game and the things in it, and I dont see how having sections of a map that isnt in 2.0 accomplishes this.

    11th Hr. was a candidate for inclusion in 2.0, so it was playtested and therefore demos were taken of it (I believe). But no, it's not in 2.0.

    Ahh good point. I should make sure we remove the cool new minimap code and put back in the old code in NS 2.0 because that's what we showed in the trailer, right?

    yeah, take out the cool new minimap code, whatever it is it can't be half as cool as the cool old useless minimap code.

    chill out, there will be lots of maps to come after 2.0. Not every map makes the cut, I'm sure. Just think about all the maps that were put out for CS before retail.

    Pffft, trailers always have stuff in them that doesnt actually appear in whatever its a trailer for. I use movies as an example...most of the time you watch a trailer for a movie, then go SEE the move, you'll be like "Hey, that scene from the trailer wasent there" then when you get the movie on DVD and go to the deleted scenes section, that scene from the trailer will be there...this is the same thing...the map is just a ... deleted scene :-P

    actually a lot of us liked atomicmass more than 11th hr, its just a great map. Hopefully it makes it into the next official pack

    I don't really like the marine spawn area in atomicmass.

    But i guess it's a fairly balanced map...

    Yeah, atomicmass is great. Hopefully chrome will refine it a bit more and I'm pretty sure Flayra said something like "ChromeAngel's maps are getting really good" or something.
