<div class="IPBDescription">GlassJoe......band....nooooo</div> I join the server one day and there was another Glassjoe and he was the Comm. I thougt wow there are 2 of me and though thats cool until I realize that he was messing every thing up by putting 2 Comm chairs and an IP in the vents jamming every one including me. <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/mad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='mad.gif'> Then he leaves and Im think this is not going to look good for me so I jump in the comm chair and try to recycle it finding out you cant recycle comm chairs and a few mins later Im kicked off the server and banded <img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif'> and I love playing on your server and have a good time with Breakfastsausage and Nasdy of the =LNX= clan and some other good people that are fun to play with. I never would do such a thing because one I just wouldnt because I hate people that do that kind of thing and because I know I would get band off the server that I play on the most.

This happend to a friend of mine recently. Try to find a way to contact the admin and explain the situation. If they refuse to listen, maybe your better off not being there.

Judging by the names present I would hazard a guess that this occured on FR31 NS (Breafast and Nadsy are two regulars). If that is the case, please pot on our forums (which are currently down. Duh) and/or PM me your wonid and I'll look into it.

I don't know if amnesty on CoFR is a good thing. There was one guy on the server that we were sure must have been hacking in some way (30 frags, 1 death.) I went into spectator mode and the worst thing i could accuse him of was bunny hopping. Then later on I was looking at the CoFR forums and he had just been unbanned by the little amnesty thing (I know they said Aug 1, but apparently christmas came early to the banned). Some cheaters never learn.

Having a high score does not equal cheater. Some people are very very good at games. If Fatality were to play NS I think most of you would accuse him of cheating, actually, I think that is true for any top player in a FPS.

Right now we are evaluating demos, CD will be up and running agains soon and 2.0 will support VAC so cheaters will be dealt with.

there is a guy going around servers pretending to be ppl and another guy also getting comm and decommisoning or gorging and doing sensory.

I know some people really are good, but the fact that he never missed (unless someone was in spectator mode), that he had been banned from the server before, and that cheating death was shut off gets you a little suspicious. You can usually tell between who's cheating because a good player normally would not be caught dead bunny hopping, and even if they did it wouldn't be percect. Not to mention the strange ability to shoot an entire pistol clip in under half a second (I don't care if you bound it to your mouse wheel, that's exploiting!)

They wouldn't? I often see good players bunnyhopping.

It isn't really that strange. I can fire off my pistol clip in under a second, just by clicking fast, and I'm sure many people can do it faster.
