Metamod Plugin Request

Today, I was playing and there was 1 marine left alive, and we decided to parasite kill him. Just as i hit him with my parasite, the admin slayed him and he exploded, and it looked really freakin cool. So I got an idea for a metamod, could someone make a mod where anyone who was parasite killed or knife killed exploded on death?
