Problems Playing The 2.0 Video's

I cant get the new preview videos to play, whenever i run them it says connecting to codec server, then it starts up playing the sound like a mp3 or something in WMP, i did get one of the videos to work, but the whole moovie was tinted with a purple colour, how can i fix this?
