<div class="IPBDescription">on the [champions] guys.</div> Just for all of your information, i've been stirring a bit of trouble. The first email is to <a href='http://www.dot.tk/' target='_blank'>dot.tk</a> regarding their domain:
<!--QuoteBegin--></span><table border='0' align='center' width='95%' cellpadding='3' cellspacing='1'><tr><td><b>QUOTE</b> </td></tr><tr><td id='QUOTE'><!--QuoteEBegin-->To whom it may concern.
I'm emailing you regarding a domain registered by your company (www.champions-clan.tk).
I was, at first, hesitant as to which email address to send this to, as you also have an e-mail address regarding copyright theft / infringement.
The aformentioned page contains racist and homophobic remarks and a forum that is, in it's entireity, based around the discrimination of others (i am aware the forum is not hosted by you, but is the only hyperlink given on the "champions" domain).
I am, at present, harvesting information to report to the abuse department of each of their ISP's (The group are immensely racist and have violated their user agreements on several points). I am aware that you are not permitted to reveal sensitive information of this nature to the public, but any information / leads that you are able to give would be greatly appreciated.
Ontop of the offensive content of the site in question, all the graphics and artwork are stolen from a popular gaming site (www.natural-selection.org), which i might add is entirely copyrighted by it's respectful owners, which is entirely unacceptable.
I look forward to your response and do so hope you can resolove some of the issues i've mentioned.

And secondly to their forum host:
<!--QuoteBegin--></span><table border='0' align='center' width='95%' cellpadding='3' cellspacing='1'><tr><td><b>QUOTE</b> </td></tr><tr><td id='QUOTE'><!--QuoteEBegin-->Hi there,
I'm emailing you regarding one of your clients (http://championies.conforums.com/). This group of "people" (i use in the loosest sense of the term) are a clan for the popular game Natural Selection (www.natural-selection.org). Short story shorter, they have been spamming, flaming and making numerous racist and homophobic remarks generally over the internet. This doesn't affect you. However, the following does.
I refer to Section 3, Statement "B" in your Terms Of Service:
" User's web site may not contain content promoting the use of illegal drugs, alcohol, sex, pornography, nudity, or any other form of adult content, profanity, hate, "spam," fraud, racism, mlm, pyramid schemes, or promote any illegal activity. "
If you view their forum you will notice that it is rife with profanity, hate, racism and other such infringements on your TOS. At the time of emailing, at least, all of the above is true. These people have caused a lot of problems for a lot of people and currently legal proceedings are being contemplated for the theft of copyrighted artwork on their homepage, <a href='http://www.champions-clan.tk' target='_blank'>http://www.champions-clan.tk</a> . You may wish to view the above homepage for another example of their racist attitude and general contempt.
Thank you for your time and i eagerly await your response:

Just FYI, the "legal proceedings" bit was added just so they get the idea this isn't just a little internet dispute, people tend to take you more seriously when you bring up the law.
EDIT: Ok, i've just reported their website to the abuse address at geocities (where their site is hosted).
<!--QuoteBegin--></span><table border='0' align='center' width='95%' cellpadding='3' cellspacing='1'><tr><td><b>QUOTE</b> </td></tr><tr><td id='QUOTE'><!--QuoteEBegin-->Sorry, this is quite lengthy, but regards two violations of your TOS, on a brief skim through (time is currently not a luxury i have).
The first is regarding innapropriate material, the site in question contains both racist and homophobic remarks from the front page and as you say in your TOS, section 5:
"(a) upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;"
As you can see, this clearly violates the above.
The second violation i'm reporting is the copyright theft rife on the front page. All of the graphics are stolen from popular gaming site www.natural-selection.org, where you will notice the graphics are in higher quality, pieced together correctly, entirely working as designed and also accompanied by the original music contained in the NS.org flash menu. Ontop of the blatant theft of the images, they are attempting to pass the graphics off as their own with the "copyright" image on the top bar. This is, in my opinion, further condemning their future.
I have, previous to this email, reported them to their domain name host (www.dot.tk, where they hold the domain www.champions-clan.tk that this site is the content for) and also to the forum host they link to within their pages on geocities. Ontop of this i have every intention of reporting their behaviour to their Internet Service Providers for several violations they've made to their respective Terms Of Service agreements. Any information you can offer, no matter how small, would be an immense help. But i do not expect this.
Thank you for your time and i await your reply...

EDIT 2: Another email to their website host.
<!--QuoteBegin--></span><table border='0' align='center' width='95%' cellpadding='3' cellspacing='1'><tr><td><b>QUOTE</b> </td></tr><tr><td id='QUOTE'><!--QuoteEBegin-->Once again, i'm reporting another violation on the aformentioned website.
I can see, again, 2 more violations being made which you can either view at the above URL, or in this picture <a href='http://www.deus.org.uk/files/champions1.jpg' target='_blank'>http://www.deus.org.uk/files/champions1.jpg</a> .
I refer you to "(e) upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);"
The "webcam" picture was stolen from <a href='http://deus.org.uk/' target='_blank'>http://deus.org.uk/</a>, it is remotely liked without my permission whatsoever.
Another point i raise is, once again referring to your TOS, "(l) "stalk" or otherwise harass another;" they have posted, as you can see, derogatory remarks regarding my person and my personal appearance. I think you will find that such behaviour isn't acceptable, by your own terms.
I must apologise that things seemed to have progressed from a general complaint to a personal attack, but i think, if anything, this gives you a fair idea of the type of people that run the site in question.
Best regards,

If anyone can assist with harvesting the likes of emails, IP's and so on so i can send the appropriate emails to their ISPs. Any help would be greatly appreciated, but keep it mature.

esuna, check yer damn email and PM box ^_^
Still good going.
very good email well done, i had a conversation with Denny on MSN and I must say he is the rudest bloke I have ever talked to, he claims he made the site and called me all the names under the sun, and when i posted on his forum, he banned me and just insulted me on his forum.
This person does not deserve to own a website, and something needs to be done
MrStabby, if you can PM me the IP and the chatlog (would be very usefull to send to the ISP abuse address) to me and i'll see what i can do.
(if you're curious about how effectively they attack, some person shutdown their personal webpage after a concentrated attack by SA goons - maybe that end result is not the norm, but damn, I'm impressed that they even took down one page...)
*edit* they have basically insulted this post on their forum and said that they are going to make up some rubbish about us, and I even have proof here that says they are gonna do it, so that should put them out of favour with their ISP.
<img src='http://benp.sytes.net/idiot.jpg' border='0' alt='user posted image'>
I want to do this the "right" way, get them kicked off of the net the right way. If you lower yourself to flaming and public harassment, if they turn to your ISP and report it, you don't have a leg to stand on, even if these guys are total arseholes.
There are a thousand and one witty retorts i could expunge, but quite frankly, i'm still sticking to my guns following through with the complaints to their respective hosts.
That picture i got is pretty good evidence that they are just here to cause trouble.
They also mention on their forums that they are getting phpbb forums, we will report that when it is up too
