Irc Client For Wbesite

anyone plz surgest a good irc wbesite base java/php client for using irc, i have tried a few but they all based on using a provider irc server, i need to be able to connect ot my own server specifeied by me, also te other prob was the only decent ish one was that you had to pay 60 dollars *cough* to register it so when you type a message you don't get - PRESS GET YOUR WEBMASTER TO REGISTER IT.

    caffiene powered runs off CGI:IRC, as does my Evo.org IRC client. Its a web-based IRC client that uses PERL to relay the chat from the IRC server of your choice, to your webhost, then to your browser. Even gets around the most vicious of firewalls and webcaches.

    although it will eat a ton of your host's bandwidth, so for general users its better to go w/ a java client so the user can correct directly themselves

    (something fam can't do, so he has to use the server as a middleman)

    I'd recommend CGI:IRC anyday, although you need a linux server to install it, its easy to install, i have a copy running myself for my personal use at work where there is a proxy
