Does nancy really have to go? there is a program called BSP to MAP. It can convert a BSP file (the map file that you play with) to a MAP file, (the file that you edit). It works on half-life even though it was originaly made for quake. I have used it before, but not on NS maps. So you can fix nancy without having the original source MAP or RFM (or whatever) files. Heres the link http://www.cop-team.org/tutorial/swat3_winbsp.htm And also just something i wanted to know... What if you digest a marine, then evolve into a skulk?

Let us know.
You get a very fat skulk.
Are you sure of that? I have converted other maps and they worked well. Or is it only NS maps which suffer becasue they are complex or something? And also custom NS maps convert well, and besides even if it does not convert all of the entities, or all of the textures or what ever you will still have the base of the map. Then you can just add all the crap after right? That's if you find a working decompile program.
