Super-skulk!

Well I have been after a sort of "avatar" that best suits my ns playstyle, so I got to work on a lager version of this:

Took 5 mins for a friend to draw a pencil sketch of it based on a reference on a skulk - my friend never knew what one was when he drew this... He also gave the name: "Super demon devil dog"..
Anyway, after getting it onto computer via a digital camera, I had the daunting task of turning it into lineart. 1hr of a 60hz monitor (ow my my eyes!!! they burn!!!) and ms paint later, the lineart is done.
This was followed by another hour later of colouring/basic shading and again in MSPAINT using a picture of a skulk (render) for colours.
Then a quick 5 minutes in photoshop to resize and blur it a bit, and we get this:

    nice, i'm not fond of the lineart style, but it's still really good... i'm sure that if you posted the lines themselves, somone else will colour them.

    Looks like his legs can't support him...and when did skulks have TAILS!!!!     I don't know, I can't blame you for it cause you outright said your friend drew it. Did you give him a picture of a skulk to work from? How many people to this date still don't use reference pictures? If it's something you want to claim is 100% yours then you don't have to, but know this painters don't exactly make stuff up they paint the scenary or the woman who is nude in front of them. <i>(Sounds like a good job but women back in the day... Yeeuck)</i>

    I like the shadows ^.^ on his tummy... And the idea of it all, Super Skulk heh. Someone should change the jetpack model into a cape that flutters when they hold the jump key. With a big TSA logo on the back of it heh.

    It was done based on the NS Concept art - this was the first time my friend had seen a skulk, like ever.
    If anyone wants to improve upon it, I have the lineart somewhere (just lines), And I could probably send you them.
    I'm also going to get a peice of artwork up another friend drew. Hehehe, we had a mad art session at lunch time, came up with the most bizarre stuff ever, including a rather.....wierd colouring of the super-skulk..

    And I would die if there was a skulk model with a cape that fluttered <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
