ok. I can't take this anymore! I had to reinstall Half-Life, thus taking out my NS game:( Well, last time I installed RCBot and Metamod, my command menu started working just fine all of the sudden. Now I did the same crap and its not working any more! Its back to its stupid stuck-up-in-the-upper-left-corner-and-so-@*$%^*-up-you-cant-read-it-worth-s#!+!
