there have been many before suggesting this before, also their is a tau weapon being made somewhere, just search for it or wait for it to be finished.

Most modelers don't have the time or they are working on something else.

I would imagine most of the modellers have plenty ideas of their own really. I know I do.

If you desperately want something done, doing it yourself is the only way to be guarantee it <i>will</i> be made..

Plus, you learn things, which is always cool.

I would try, but i'm busy with other models atm. My incomplete models folder is getting a tad excessive (still trying to skin/animate some, it's an absolute nightmare :/). But, as the great Mr. Hamster suggested, try your own hand at modelling. I learnt to use MilkShape in very little time (about 4 hours), and in the following weeks my models have been getting more, and more complex.

Don't try something like this straight off, you'll only make yourself mad. But try making models of anything, i started with an MP5, then a Phalanx gun system, then a Shotgun, i even made a houde. None of which will ever be seen in a game, but it all gave me practice. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
