Rdy Room/comm Spawn At Cc And Hive

hey guys im a newb mapper to ns i just wanna ask you how do i make it so the rdy room responds as a rdy room and to have guys spawn at the cc or the hive after they go through the join marines or join aliens pls respond

Then you'll understand the base of mapping, atleast i did
