Can Anyone Quickly Direct Me To A Sprite-maker?

I was planning on making a new interface for both marines and aliens, to make them seem a bit...whats the word...creepy. Crawly. ALIVE. And a Marines one that seems like its electronic.

Also, if anyone knows where I could find mods LIKE these, tell me.

But mainly, could someone link me to a sprite-maker type thing?

sprite makers... sprwiz, best prog for sprite making, and you might want sprview while your at it, use <img src='http://www.custom-tfc.co.uk/spampit/images/smilies/google.gif' border='0' alt='user posted image'> to find them
