And no matter what, you can't say bunnyhoping ISN'T a skill, you can say its an exploit, but its a fact that no common n00b can do it. <!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><span class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->
no common n00b knew about OGC when it first came out either, but i've honestly never seen a problem with bunny hopping. Is there one? It makes you harder to hit and faster, but at the cost of reducing your accuracy and reducing how well you can focus on a single point (i.e, a skulk)<!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><span class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->
Yes, but see the difference between a cheat like ogc and bhop is that bhop can be done naturally, without any scripts or downloads, just with your keyboard and mouse.
Meh guys dont waste your time on something that wont matter in a few weeks (Well for marines anyway).

I'm talking about CURRENTLY. I used to hack about 2 years ago, I knew what all of the hacks were like, OGC comes with a nice little folder you just have to put it somewhere safe, and change a few configurations (tells you how in the readme), and your ready to play. It is very easy to configure, OGC isn't pressing a combination of buttons and mouse movement, timed perfectly, its about

    *press command menu key*
    *look for aimbot toggle*
    *click on aimbot toggle button*

And your ready, you don't need to do any key combinations or special mouse movements, while with bunnyhopping you have to do it for as long as you bunnyhop.

You've obviously never heard of a BHop script.

Hrm people don't really understand you can't really script bhop because it requires mouse movement, you do a duckjump script which isn't a true bhop, thats probably what you'er thinking of.

Bhop scripts suck, you can't shoot or anything, you have to wait till the script is finished. I've never used one, but its obvious with all the waits...plus I've made a flashlight script for VS, it does the same thing, you cant shoot or anything when the script is active.

A marine building a phasegate in 3 seconds instead of 15 can be the difference between being able to kill him before reinforcements poor into your hive and not being able to.

Extrapolate that to the time required to build a TF and several turrets - a flashlight exploiter can do it in 30 seconds while a non exploiter may take up to 1:30.  That's a HUGE advantage.  There's a REASON that building time is put in there instead of having insta-build buildings.

Cheating is cheating.  Even in small amounts. <!--QuoteEnd--></td></tr></table><span class='postcolor'><!--QuoteEEnd-->
That "build time" doesn't work very well in 1.04, cuz it is fps related.
I can build structures pretty fast in our base when the game starts, because I get 100 fps.
But if i go in place where is lots of action or buildings, it takes 2x more time to me build anything, when fps drops under 20.

Sorry, dude, you obviously never ran into a GOOD Bhop script. Bind it to mousewheel up and down and poof. Instant BHop.

Anyway, gonna rant about this time in CS camp, I got a BHop script. I BHopped so fast I ended up in T spawn before they even moved out of spawn. True story.

Trust me, flashlighting DEFINATLY effect buildings, one of the admins on the h2o servers was using the exploit, he was building turrets in like 2 seconds, and that was NOT 100 fps doing that. No body was helping him.

EDIT: Lol dude binding +jump to a different thing isn't a script, sure it makes it easier, but scripts are all alias's and wait's and ;'s and stuff...

Woops! I meant that the script uses the mousewheels to work. It works everytime you flip the mousewheel. One makes you do the left jump and the other the right jump. It needs the mousewheel for analog control of the jump. Y'see, all you have to do is mousewheel up, mousehweel down, hit the ground, mousewheel up, mousewheel down, hit the ground, mousewheel up etc. It doesn't completely automate it, but makes it better than doing by hand.

When I used this script to BHoper faster than all those fools that tried to learn it and justify it by saying its skill. And here I was with a script hopping at the speed of light. Hahah sure **** them off. Mission accomplished.
