I know the marine spawn is a bit flat and big but ill work some more on that
and the Big room wich will be 4 ways out from the marine area (all will lead to a hive(4hives)) is not ready yet.. ive just started

I like the hallway, very eclipse-like. But 4 hives? That's not going to become official (or be played much)

I personally would avoid using half-life textures in your map, which I can see a few of. I think it takes the feel away from the map andgives it a science lab feel.
I think it all looks ok for a first attempt, a bit empty as such. NS is very hard for new mappers and I would suggest making a funmap to get used to everything.
I've made maps for TFC and CS but I'm gunna start making a NS funmap to get my bearings with everything new in NS.

my first attempt was 4 square rooms in poorly fitting textures, connected by 6 (very) ugly corridors with equally bad (or worse) texturing. and I had no idea as to how to place hives, ccs or use texture lighting.
good job!
(but if I have to play a map with that much yellow lights, I will poke my eyes out)
