    Save it as a .jpg or .gif or something, somewhere you know you can find it (like C:\ ) then open up Explorer, go to it, open it, and right click and say Set As Background.

    Or save it as a .BMP or something in your WINDOWS/ directory, and it'll be on your choosable backgrounds lise in your desktop properties.
