NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! <!--QuoteEnd--> </td></tr></table><span class='postcolor'> <!--QuoteEEnd--> Okay, we're going to have to disable the power inside his house, take our crowbars, now, we need tranquilizing gun--what? You--it... joke? I... be--er, it...
Pfft, my <i>one</i> chance to make use of this mallet and you were joking?!
Idea : Build a fanbase by developing good PR and showing progression. I haven't seen a single picture so far that you have posted in this thread. Asking people to join doesn't really do much.
In addition, it also seems like the team is biting off more than it can chew, you say you're putting in features, but you practically have no coder that is contributing anything at the moment.
Asking for help is absolutely ok. But you can't really expect anybody to do anything if no one has seen any progress on your end.
So you have a really great and completely unrealistic idea for a half-life mod, now all you need is someone to make it all for you. There's a reason it took Flay 3-4(?) years to make NS and you hope to make a mod like NS but with 4 teams, 4 commanders, fully controllable vehicles and ariel transports when none of your "team" can even code? Theres a reason why its the coder who (usually) starts off mod projects. It's because you can get away with a well coded, fun, playable mod with sub par models etc. but you can't get away with great models and skins and sub par, bug ridden coding. I don't mean to be harsh, but it seems like you have no idea how much work this would be.
So far, the only impression you've given is that you have absolutely no idea what you're doing, what you're getting into, or what you're going to do about it. Also the horrific use of broken language in your posts makes you seem either 1) young, and no idea what you're doing and/or 2) stupid, and no idea what you're doing. Nobody is going to want to join a mod team like that, except for perhaps other people who also don't know what they're doing.
I'm not pointing these things out to ridicule you, I'm pointing them out so that if you do genuinely have both feet on the ground you can correct your current errors and start to do things better.
