For example.
Irving Lambert (Splinter Cell) Morgan Freeman
or
Trent Edison (Freelancer) Paul Walker. He looks and sounds just like him.

    I don't think this guy would make a good G-man. He smiles too much and has a cheery voice. I'm thinking of the movie Platoon, since I can't remember any other movies off the top of my head. He just doesn't seem to make a good G-man.

    The guy who voiced Sam Fisher is a actor. He's a pretty good one at that. I'm sure if you gave him some hair, and a good stunt guy for all the acrobatics he could pull it off. Plus, it's Tom Clancy, I'm sure he could write something where Fisher is older if he wanted too.

    Sam Fisher: Gotta be Michael Ironside. I could see George Clooney as Fisher, but he's too much of a pretty boy for the role

    Gordon Freeman: Charlie Sheen; their resemblence is uncanny! And if not him you could always pick Emilio Estevez. Ethan Hawk, like George Clooney, is too much of a pretty-boy for the role.
