2 busy too kill?

I just read a thread in teh suggestion place and everyone has something to improve something.this is what scared me

it sed  <!--emo&:tiny:--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tiny.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':tiny:'><!--endemo-->  has like 4 attacks...well what if he needs it while he's surrounded by 10 <!--emo&:asrifle:--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/asrifle.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':asrifle:'><!--endemo--> ,how will he switch it really fast n kill all those  <!--emo&:asrifle:--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/asrifle.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':asrifle:'><!--endemo-->
im afraid theres gonna b 2 many things to choose from to actually fight <!--emo&:D--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'><!--endemo-->

    I believe that point is taken into consideration before the dev team does anything.

    well u gota keep in mind, if hes experienced, he'll know which button is which attack, and if hes good he'll know which one ot use. It doesn't take 1 full minute to switch attacks, takes me less then a second, unless i scroll past it.

    4 really isnt that many..

    In Jedi OUtcast I can juggle 4 attacks easily, mainly because you don't use every attack at the same time. For instance, in Jedi Outcast, you use Grip to throw people off edges, push to disrupt people in midair, use pull to bring someone down at your feet, and lightning to mop up after a backstab...

    Im sure it will be the same way in NS, if he's a while away, use charge, if he's next to you, use bite or trample...

    That sort of thing.

    then just bind your cycle keys to, say, tab and caps lock...

    or switch to an "esdf" configuration

    Legionnaired is very much on the mark.  Each "weapon" is tailored to a certain situation.  So just figure out which weapons work well in which situations, it's not hard.  For instance, a bite weapon generally won't work too well if you're across a hall from a marine.  <!--emo&:)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'><!--endemo-->

    No, if it doesn't say "Playtester" next to the word "Group" then they're not a PT. He's just saying from experiance from other MODs and gueeses on what seems reasonable.

    Well you could do what i do for quickly selecting weapon slots....
    I use the arrow keys for moving, but i have right ctrl as slot 1,kp_ins as slot 2,shift as slot 3, and kp_end as slot 4, then delete for slot 5, and page_down for slot 6....... i doubt it will have more than 6 slots <!--emo&:)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'><!--endemo-->

    Or if you use WSAD (or similar, eg: EDSF) the number keys just above your movement keys work well, all you gotta do it learn which attack is in which slot, which may take a week or 2 to get used to.
