Mouse Problems

<div class="IPBDescription">slow and fast</div> Ok i guess this is a small prob but it kinda annoys me. It's the same for all halflife based mods so i hope i can change it. Whenever im playing, ingame my mouse is relitivaly sensitive, and i like it that way, but when i pull up the right click menu, it becomes superslow, untill i leave that men u again. Same goes for CS buy screen. Anyone know how to fix this?

forgot to say i got the logitech mx 700 mouse, came with my desktop. Got a new pc <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
