<div class="IPBDescription">To keep you occupied until the new build</div> I may release a new build this weekend, it all depends on how many bugs pop up during this compile. Until then, here are four screenies of the new double node area (Eastern Outlook).

My only complaint would be the angularity of that ramp in the first shot. It looks a tad weird. Very nice T&L in that last one.

1. The map was incredibly confusing.
2. The map had tunnels that marines could accidently get into and never get out of.
These new areas look really nice, and they will fit in quite well with the rest of the map.
Once you get used to the size it is INCREDIBLY well designed. Mouse does some great architecture, especially the gangway part of the map outside a hive. That entire area and the parts that surround it are godlike.

Come to think of it, if NS ever started having 4+ Hive maps, this would be an instant hit.
Assuming it had 4+ hives that is...
(which it doesn't)
(Or you could just say it's a damn good map)
i loved how huge the map was - and the hive with the uber-long hallways pwned ALL (as did the dark areas which were perfect for skulkage)
you should re-release the old one as ns_hydrosity_oldschool or something <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

one thing I might suggest, in the last 2 shots: put a border around that big pipe where it meets the fence. It will help it make alot more sense.

In other news, this build of hydrosity will be ready to be uploaded in a few hours. With it comes a new sky from the ever spiffy Chalpamonk.
But I don't really like playing on the current version of this map!
it's too dam Big!! it's designed for at least 32 players!!
but, I do like to walk around in your map, and look at the great design!

The new textures were a colaboration between Carbon14 and myself.
