For a Hot Day
Ok, its like 110 in the shade (/me starts humming song) out here in NYC and I am hungary but I really don't feel like cooking anytihng.
I have already done sandwiches (all I have is PBandJ any way), The only leftovers I have is Spagetti Arabiata (SP?), and that stuff is some of the spiciest stuff you will find (not good for heat).

I made up a batch of Iced Tea, but I need something for food, any one have some good ideas? Anything PLEASE. This weather is killing me.

So cool foods, not too much prep (too burnd out form the heat and humidity), but I knbow my way around a kitchen no worries. SO who can help me out here?

hmm, salsa, nope, don't have any, bah.

Though I don't wana eat salty things I probably should... (sweating like apig in here)

lets see, I got some al=pple sauce, some yogurts, some cheader, some swis, some cream cheese, not to much in the ways of fruits and vegies (no letuce). hmm, not enugh fruits to make a smoothie (that woulda been perfect)

but for any one else, if you got some yogurt (vanilla is best but you can allways just throw some vanilla extract in with it) and a lot of fruit.... WAIT i have frozen berries. Time to go make a fruiit smoothie (rock).

But yah, throw in yogurt, berries, and ice into a blender and set on high, you can substitute juice if you are a vegan (though the yogurt ones are much betteR). If any one else comes up with ideas roll em in though
