    From what I've read, this is what happened:

    The board of directors for Gamesnet basically stole it, due to a disagreement with the founder they changed the passwords with the registering company and g-lined him from gamesnet.
    So he doesn't have access to the network or to the website anymore and now he's suing them.

    I really don't sympathize with either side, I just hope GamesNet is going to be ok.

    Every single gamesnet server had to upgrade recently, so each one had to reboot, this tons of small -> massive netsplits <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->

    As for my concerns, none really. Sounds like legal mumbo jumbo and someone let go of something he shouldnt of.

    I feel "meh" about the whole thing, just like with a lot of things.

    As far as I'm concerned, unless GamesNet is taken down or something, it can go either way.

    There was a real nasty one yesterday where chanserv and authserv services were down for several hours.... I miss my peon ;_;

    Personally, I'm with the founder on this one. I started a small Internet business with a friend, if something like this had happened to me I would be righteously PO'ed. I call on upon the gods of the Internet to smite the heathen thieves!
