<div class="IPBDescription">or at least my idea of.</div> A week ago or so, when talking about my job, i scoffed at someone's suggestion that i didn't have internet access, being a Web Designer.

Today i spent ALL F*CKING DAY without internet access. I nearly went crazy, but i had some online games cached <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->

    Once the power went out in my neighborhood and after about an hour and a half I forced myself to go to sleep because I was going insane, this was about 4 in the afternoon after having just woken up at 1, so you can bet I wasn't tired.

    I'd have an easier time kicking heroine than the internet.

    I can go without the internet, so long as i have something else to do

    the longest time was on hoilday last year for about 20 days or so, but i was water skiiing and other activites every day so i didnt miss it at all.

    its just the prospect, its never as bad as one might make it out to be.

    yah z.x. but what if during that 20 day vacation you knew you could never use the internet again? hehe I don't think any amount of waterskiing could make you feel better at that point.

    I was internetless for over a month whilst I argued with one of my former ISPs (they cutoff my access because I used a 24/7 monthly set fee account "too much" and said I should get ADSL...when ADSL WASNT AVAILABLE IN MY AREA AT THAT TIME) And for the first week I was pretty bored, but the you start to remember what you did before the internet..like...go outside...and well, I don't want to talk about it...I have internet again now *hugs router* don't ever leave me baby.

    That "someone" would be me. You complained that you had to work, I retorted that at least you HAVE a job, even one that allows you to surf the NS forums <b>WHILE ALLEGEDLY WORKING!</b> You naughty person, cheating your boss like that.
    I spent <b>NINE MONTHS</b> in Denmark without proper internet access. Imagine 100 people around age twenty sharing <b>four (4!) computers with a single 128 kbit connection</b>. There was barely time for checking my eMail and Hattrick accounts every other day or so. God, Denmark will give me nightmares for the rest of my life. And I have decided to hold D.H. Potter responsible, as a representative of that wicked nation.
