Really couldn't figure where this could go. I've been having trouble compiling a HUD for DoD. Anyone want try to get it to work for me? It's the correct templet and 256 colours as well.
Ahh... the problem is/was that when it says the <i>last</i> colour is your transparent one, it means colour #256 in your palette, while your image used only 254 colours. Here's a fully-compiled sprite, but I must confess I haven't tested it because DoD 1 makes my computer keel over.
