You can go and try to decompile it with "winBSP" but it's a little buggy, or sometimes doesnt want to decompile at all with some maps. If you can get it decompiled you can juste use valve hammer editor or QuArK to add the NS entities to get it to "work" with NS. However you will probably run into others problems like multi levels area not visible for the commander, etc
Btw its reverse engineering, maybe the original mapper doesnt want his map make it into a NS level <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->

that link's dead for a while....i found the map files in some newsgroups in hong kong....
as he said get bspc or zooners for compile.
Also, I wouldn't go about doing any sort of converting, or indeed making <i>any</i> changes to someone else's map without getting the author's permission.
