    Depends on your specifications.

But otherwise, it shouldn't be that high. You should check your fan and/or replace and add more.

no it's not normal. Check your ventilation and get new fans. 63 is even hot for a cpu die.

Geforce 4, 2Ghz AMD XP, 2100 DDR ram...

    Processor Core temp = 61C - 69C --- ( Max Ever 78C, Then motherboard did emergency shutdown)
    Chipset Temp = 35C - 40C
    Vid Card Temp = 45C - 60C
    Case Temp 30C - 35C

No problems, and graphics card overclocked slightly...

What temperature should it be at?

It all depends on what cooling u have.. Water cooled about 40C processor, fan 60C - 70C. Athlons have an operating temp of 65C normally, and usually Crash and burn at 85C..
Was that temp u gave us case temp or processor or what??

Can you see the little flame icon? Not good. The temperature is to high. Read the program help file or manual to see whate "temp1" is. Most likely, it's the CPU temperature or whatnot...

Ohh yeh, i use that sometimes..

    Temp 1 = Processor core
    Temp 2 = Chipset
    Temp 3 = Case
    HD0 = Harddrive

They all seem fine. Speed fan is crazy coz it puts a fire ol over your processor if it goes above 50C, and its hard to get it below 50 anyway. As i type this my processor is at 62C.

All in all, ur PC is running fine, nothing to worry about..

My AMD 1,6 Ghz is around 45 when I'm on the Internet. Can increase to 47-50 when playing a game.
