Sv_readclientmessage, Help

People are getting kicked out of my server because of Bad Command Character in client command. However I get SV_ReadClientMessage: Unknown command char (27) before everyone gets booted. Anyone know how to fix this because I've tried everything. Installing a new metamod, reinstalling adminmod, reinstalling natural-selection, nothing.. What in the world is readclientmessage and where is character 27?

    Ok, from what I have, I believe this is a memory error. I noticed that with 3 hlds open, my ns ds is going to 30 fps with nobody in it. Now when I start building and turret spamming, I get that packet error 27.

    I've also noticed that it takes my ds 1 minute to precache all the files to start up the server, and only 3 seconds on this one.

    But still, I want to be sure this is a memory error. Anyone heard of it?
