Searching For A Good /stuck-plugin

On our server we're running CLanmod wich has a build-in /stuck function.
bad thing is that this is quite exploitable... I've seen lots of people use it to "unstuck" out of the map or even into the readyroom on ns_caged.
Now I'm looking for a good alternative.
It would be good, if the plugin would check if the player is really stuck.
If the player is stuck, he should be teleported to a place near him where his model can fit and move.
Maybe some of you guys know a good (MetaMod-) plugin like this or even a better one?

It is true that a check would be cool but is that doable? It's more like you're moving nonstop but going no-where....
My best method of keeping it from being exploited was harsh adminning when it came to people using obvious exploits. People caught trying to warp through doors and things got permabanned without warning.
