I've heard it used before as background music for a radiostation, but have never heard it from anywhere else...

    err the ad itself is a joke; if you don't have quicktime, it's basically a guy trying to make his car look cool and hip; when it so obviously isn't, so while the car is old, the music isn't; and it's lyric-free.
