Some Good Weapon Model Ideas

<div class="IPBDescription">Half Life 2 :D</div> Ok most of us are about to die of anticipation of HL2. Why not help out and make *dun dun dun* Half Life 2 weapon models? It would be cool to swing the HL2 crowbar at some aliens. And if you are feeling up to it you could try out making player models too <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo--> This isn't a request, just an idea that I think people would like.

    as a gamin vet i have 2 say smg= good in close quaters, but against aliens i'd rather use an AR, possibly 5.56

    also ; there should be a nifty IOCW machinegun in the forums somewhere.

    It's a conversion from Tactical Ops. There's a GL version at <a href='http://www.planethalflife.com/editor321/NS/' target='_blank'>http://www.planethalflife.com/editor321/NS/</a> and someone released an HMG version at Christmas but it seems to have disappeared.

    I recompiled the GL version for HMG and sent it to Delarosa to post it on above site, but it's not there. Maybe on his site. Included are marked w models so you can tell wot's on the ground if you use both the HMG and GL versions. And the stuff about the reload anim in the readme is wrong. I fixed it.

    So, this is likely what Duo did as well [recompiling that is].

    i found this lying around somewhere in my cs skins archives its the PDW so if someone wants to convert it

    I like xexe^'s PDW (even though I don't like the gun)

    It's well modeled IMO, even though the skin could use some work
