American Movie Clasics
and the most well known Bruce Lee film made
and, for an amuzing side note, Bruce lee did use stunt doubles every so often, one of them in this movie is Jackie Chan (note I might be wrong on this, but I remember it is right)

Though of course, the best martial arts movie of all time is A Touch of Zen. Sure, the fights can't match up to Bruce Lee, but it shows Crouching Tiger to be a soulless husk of a movie, all whizzbang and no substance. This is how to make an martial arts adventure movie, people!
edit: YAY! It's getting a UK DVD release in late July, too! /me donces
I got the DVD for Game of Death, which is a kind've weird Bruce Lee flick. His character lives (and dies) similarly to how Bruce lived and died. I'm not sure if its the film he was working on when died or not. The first half of the movie, the Bruce Lee character doesnt really show his face much, and doesn't look like Bruce very much. But at the end when Bruce "goes after the bad guys", its all Bruce and its damn good. One of the fights is like 3mins of Bruce Lee going at it with Kareem Abdul Jabar (spelling?) and its fantastic.
Ummm, no Otto. That doesn't sound familiar. Game of Death is about an Asian action film superstar that wont bend to the will of an organized crime group. They replace the blanks in a gun that is shot at him during filming to kill him (just like Bruce Lee's son, Brandon was killed). As far as I can remember, Bruce does all his fighting by himself. I suppose the most memorable part about this film is the yellow "jumpsuit" with the black stripes down the side that Bruce wears.
Yup, that's Game of Death. It was completed and released after Bruce Lee died. ( I believe he interrupted the filming to go and make Enter the Dragon ) so not all of the footage is him.
There's actually a decent documentary they showed a while back that has a lot of the actual Bruce Lee footage that never made it into the film. ( Or it may have depending on which version you saw, there are a few, I've seen at least 2 different edits....)

and then toss in Jean Claude Van Dam just to see him get destroyed.
Anyone with even a vague interest in Kungfu films must see it.
Remember, don't think, feeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeel.
