Recording Demos

Got accused of hacking for the first time last night - must be finally getting some aiming skill <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->

To prove my innocence I offered to record a demo - I know the console command to start recording (record demoname), but I don't know how to stop recording or replay the demo. Could someone plz enlighten me here so I can better prove myself...

PS not sure if this should be in Tech support or not, so sorry if this is in the wrong place...

stop

to play a demo:
playdemo <file name>
