All Chambers From Start?

<div class="IPBDescription">Was this ever tried?</div> I've searched a bit, but looking through all the old change lists is alot of information to sift through - I was hoping someone could just tell me if they remember.
One of the major aspects I liked about the 1.1 changes was the mention of "All Chambers Buildable at first Hive" - I think this was part of the Uber Suggestion thread that Flayra said he would try. So... I know all aliens are available, but what about the chambers? Was this ever tried, and if so, how did it go?
