I just wanted to congratulate you guys on your first release. I know it's not everything you wanted it to be, but it's better to compromise and get something out then it is to wait forever.
You guys have been through some tough times, and just remember you're not alone. Software projects around the globe, and game projects of all types have these difficulties, and it can be really painful. Try to learn what you can, keep analyzing and improving how you work, and above all else, grow your team slowly and carefully, and get rid of the incompatible people.
Anyways, I'm glad you guys never gave up and I hope it's been a learning experience, even if it hasn't always been fun. Don't let the complaining get you down, just keep plugging away.
