I have problem... i played on rusian serwer dadzik and server dont check cdkey there
I want to do it on my ns serwer but i dont know how to do it

    you could possibly do this via a metamod plugin. But at the moment, No. But then why would you want to?

    Because if you were to place a ban by MAC Address, the user would have to replace their NIC to get around your ban, instead of just getting a new IP address.
