A Natural Selection Metamod plugin which allows you to store weapons in the Armslab and JP/HA in the Prototypelab

This plugin was created using chunks of code from [WHO]Them's Phase_EQ, some functions and ideas from plugins by Voogru and Prodigy.

This plugin was compiled with Metamod 1.16, it may not work with earlier versions.

Changes in v1.2
-Fixed: Menu closes if you walk away from arms/prototypelab or if you jump into commchair.
-Fixed: Buggy "is built" checking, used a better version from Voogru. Fixes armslab bug where menu wouldnt come up.
-Changed: Round-change detection, using a more efficient version from Voogru.
-Changed: Decreased distance you can be from arms/prototypelab to use menu to be more like armory.
Changes in v1.1
- New: Marines can say "/equip" to see what is avalaible
- Fixed: Stored equipment counters are now reset on map-change and round-change
- Fixed: Changed exit to "5" on the menus as some people didnt have "0" bound to slot10.
- Fixed: Meta return warnings
- Fixed: Cleared redundant functions from source
- Fixed: Released non-debug version of win32 Binary
